Halloween Spooktacular — printable activity bundle
Fifteen pages for the run-up to Halloween. How frightening it gets depends entirely on which level you print: ages 3–5 get CANDY, MASK, MOON, TREAT and — fair warning — WITCH and BONE, while the oldest list runs WEREWOLF, GRAVEYARD, GARGOYLE, PHANTOM, MASQUERADE and FRIGHTFUL. Read the word lists below before you choose, especially if your child is the sort who thinks about things at bedtime.
Four levels of the same theme — ages 3–5, 6–8, 9–12 and a harder grown-up level — so a mixed-age class or family works on the same puzzles, each at their own level. 15 pages, US Letter PDF — four more than a weekly pack: a second sudoku, a second word search, a second maze and a color-by-number.
One-time payment of US$4 plus any applicable tax. UK & EU/EEA consumers: 14-day right to cancel · Refund & cancellation policy
Pay as a guest — no account needed. You get the Halloween Spooktacular pack at the level you pick, as a PDF, straight after checkout, and you can print it as often as you like for your own family or class.
Three pages from this pack

Rendered from the Halloween Spooktacular PDF itself, at ages 6–8. The puzzles are generated, so your copy’s grids and maze won’t be these exact ones.
Enough for a class party and the week around it
Fifteen pages is roughly three sittings, which is what makes it a class-party pack rather than an afternoon one. Two word searches and two mazes means a table of thirty can be handed different sheets instead of the same one twice — that's the practical difference a mega-pack makes, not "more of everything". Two things to set expectations on: the color-by-number here fills in to a star and uses a single color from the key, so treat it as a quiet filler; and the pumpkin is a simple outline, which is exactly what you want when the youngest child gets hold of the coloring page.
The free sample is Bug Hunt, not this pack
There is no free sample of the Halloween Spooktacular, or of any mega-pack — samples are made per week of the calendar. What the buttons below give you is week 12, Bug Hunt: a different theme, built by the same engine, printed the same way and laid out the same way, which is what a sample is for. 6 pages, no account, no email.

15 pages, US Letter PDF — four more than a weekly pack: a second sudoku, a second word search, a second maze and a color-by-number.
The answer key solves both sudokus, both word searches, the word scramble and the crossword. Neither maze has an answer — a maze doesn’t need one.
The words your child will be hunting for
These are the words each level’s puzzles are built from: the word search grid is filled with them and prints them under it as the list to find, the scramble jumbles up to seven of them one per line, and the crossword interlocks as many as will fit. Same theme at every level, different words — that’s what makes a mixed-age table work.
The grown-up level isn’t written separately: it’s the longest words from the 6–8 and 9–12 lists, on a bigger grid and a harder sudoku.
When it’s for
For the run-up to Halloween, through the last weeks of October. It’s on sale here all year round, so you can print it whenever it suits you.
