Withdraw from contract

Anyone can use this form to cancel a PlayPack purchase or subscription, including PlayPack products bought on Etsy or Teachers Pay Teachers. You don’t need an account or a reason.

If you’re a consumer in the UK or the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right to cancel for a full refund, even after downloading a pack or redeeming a gift code.

What happens next

• When you press “Confirm withdrawal”, we email you an acknowledgement with everything you submitted and the date and time we received it.
• Where the 14-day right applies, we refund everything you paid for that purchase within 14 days of your request, to your original payment method, with no fee. Your access to that purchase then ends.
• If the 14-day right doesn’t apply, we’ll still cancel a subscription or classroom licence so it doesn’t renew (see section 2 of our Refund & Cancellation policy) and email you to confirm. For anything else, we’ll reply to explain your options.
