Terms of Service
Effective: 16 September 2026 · Play Pack (ABN 86 184 347 210), a sole trader based in Taylors Lakes, Victoria, Australia · Contact: hello@playpackkids.com
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Play Pack (“PlayPack”, “we”, “us”), operated by a sole trader (ABN 86 184 347 210) in Victoria, Australia. By creating an account, subscribing, or buying a pack, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy & Safety policy and Refund & Cancellation policy.
2. Who can use PlayPack
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to buy a subscription or hold an account. PlayPack is designed for children to use under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the account and for any use by children in their care.
3. What we provide
A rotating library of on-screen games and downloadable, print-ready activity packs (“Content”), released on a weekly schedule, plus optional one-time purchases (single printable packs and gift codes) and classroom/multi-seat licences. We may add, change or retire games and features over time.
4. Subscriptions, free trial & billing
Monthly and yearly plans start with a 7-day free trial (classroom seat licences have no trial; they’re charged when you buy and renew yearly until you cancel). If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your plan begins and your payment method is charged the then-current price (e.g. monthly or annual), and it renews automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your dashboard (“Cancel subscription”). Except in Québec (where you can end your plan at any time, including by emailing us, and get a refund for the unused part of your paid period), cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops future renewals. If you have a right to cancel with a refund (for example, the 14-day right for consumers in the UK and EU/EEA), see our Refund & Cancellation policy. We’ll give reasonable notice of any price change before it applies to you.
5. Payments & tax
Payments are handled by Stripe. For these purchases Stripe’s Link is the merchant of record for the payment: Link takes the money, emails your receipt and invoice, and collects and pays any tax. You buy the service from us — Play Pack is the seller and supplier you contract with. You’ll see “Sold through Link” at checkout, and charges appear on your statement as “LINK.COM* PLAYPACKKIDS”. By subscribing or purchasing you authorise the applicable charges. Prices are shown in US dollars and may be converted to your local currency at checkout; where required, tax (such as GST or overseas VAT/sales tax) is calculated and added based on your location. You can view your orders, update your payment details or cancel a subscription at link.com as well as here. The consumer guarantees and other rights in sections 12 and 14 and in our Refund & Cancellation policy are owed to you by us.
6. Refunds & cancellation
See our Refund & Cancellation policy. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights described there.
7. Your licence to use the Content
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and print the Content for your own family’s personal, non-commercial use (or, for classroom licences, within the single class/group you bought seats for). You must not resell, redistribute, publish, sub-license or share the PDFs or games, or remove any notices. All other rights are reserved.
8. Intellectual property
PlayPack and all Content, designs, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your licence in section 7 does not transfer ownership of anything.
9. Acceptable use
Don’t use PlayPack unlawfully, attempt to break or scrape the service, share your account to circumvent per-seat limits, or use the Content in any way these terms don’t allow. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.
10. Children’s use & supervision
The Content is intended to be used by children with adult supervision. Some printable activities involve scissors, small parts, or writing tools — please supervise young children and use age-appropriate materials. You’re responsible for deciding what’s suitable for your child.
11. Disclaimers
PlayPack is provided for education and entertainment. It is not professional educational, medical, psychological or developmental advice, and we don’t promise any particular learning outcome or result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and Content are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we don’t warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled: to cancel your service contract with us; and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service. Nothing in these terms, including sections 11, 13 and 17, excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. The same applies to any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live (see section 14 and our Refund & Cancellation policy).
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in this section limits the rights described in sections 12 and 14 (including compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss) or any other rights you have under consumer laws that can’t be excluded, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
14. Customers outside Australia
PlayPack is sold from Australia to customers worldwide. These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia (section 17). If you’re a consumer outside Australia, that choice of law doesn’t take away the protection of any consumer laws where you live that can’t be excluded by agreement. Where your local law allows, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live. Because we’re an Australian business, the Australian Consumer Law guarantees in section 12 may also apply to you. Depending on where you live, your local rights can include a right to cancel within a set period (for example, 14 days for consumers in the UK and EU/EEA), rights if something is faulty or not as described, and rules about automatic renewal and cancellation. Nothing in these terms, including the disclaimers in section 11, the limitation of liability in section 13 and the choice of law in section 17, limits those rights or your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or bank. Details are in our Refund & Cancellation policy. Applicable local taxes are calculated at checkout. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live.
15. Changes to the service and these terms
We may update the service and these terms from time to time. If we make a material change we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know (for example, by email or a notice in the app). Continuing to use PlayPack after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
16. Suspension & termination
You can stop using PlayPack and delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or end access if required by law or for a serious breach of these terms; if we do, your consumer-law rights are unaffected.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria — without limiting any mandatory rights you have where you live. If you’re a consumer and your local law allows it, you can also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
